How Can You Recycle?
The Township provides a curbside recycling collection program for basic recyclable items (single stream containers, newspaper, magazines, mixed paper and corrugated cardboard). The curbside recycling program is a simple and efficient way residents can properly dispose of recyclables. Recyclables must be placed at your curbside in appropriate recycling containers prior to 6:00 A.M. on your recycling days. Large cardboard is placed next to container.Drop-Off Centers for Edison residents for all the basic recyclables included in the curbside recycling collection program:

How To Determine your Recycling Section?
The Township is divided into 10 Recycling Sections (RS). Materials for recycling are collected every other week (bi-weekly). Refer to page 9 for your Recycling Section and Recycling Collection Day. The specific dates for each recycling section are shown on the Month-by-Month Calendar starting on page 10. Multi-family residences have centralized recycling areas from which recyclables are collected bi- weekly. Contact your Management office for recyclable days and centralized area locations.
